Built on a relatively small plot of 25'x40', is a modern designed residence at Takrohi, Lucknow. The client required each storey of building to be used separately by individuals, which led us to 2BHK plans and staircase on the porch. we have provided open drawing and living space with visual barriers through the partition.

The site is south-west facing which provides an exquisite evening inside the house. We decided to keep that space for a cosy family living space. The balcony is partially covered with metal pergolas with green views results in a space which allows the users to get into casual conversation or enjoy evening tea.

Interesting material is selected for an exclusive look of the facade.  Wooden planks, metal pergolas and glass railings uplift the charm of the house.
