Facing a busy road at the front, the client required a modern house to serve their small family. Making the best use of the tight plot, the house is planned with a split level. Each floor creates two bedrooms with attached toilets, a study room, a guest and a living room with basic utilities. The ground floor accommodates the car parking space. The balcony at the first floor is provided for informal sit-out and view to the outward.

Keeping the client's tight budget in mind elevation was created with minimal facade elements. The yellow box is structurally created for a frame to the sit-out beatifies it with glass railing. The vertical elements like standing pergolas, brickwork cladding, etc are added to provide visual height to the house. To balance its verticality horizontal pergolas were added. An elegant facade is developed with bright colors.
