This modern contemporary residence is achieved by paying keen interest to the active and passive spaces of residence in a hierarchy with nature. The bedrooms and living spaces open to the green courtyards which draws pleasantness to the environment. The ground floor introduces to the foyer from where people get segregated to formal, informal and private spaces. A staircase block introduced outside to cater to each floor separately. The active spaces were restricted only with the partitions for openness merges gracefully with the courtyard through large openings.

Considering the shoestring budget and the context in mind, the design form led to creating contemporary elevation. The concrete textured monolithic blocks goes inharmony with wooden imprints. Thick bands of off white runs parallel through the house. Louvers in the staircase cube welcome light and ventilation in the building. Pergolas and railings encourage the green offers the simplest space leaves with the most profound of impact.
