A residence measuring 3200sqft. at Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, is an ultra-modern villa.  The design approach attempts to create a tranquil and eternal living experience through the influence of natural elements.  The house has open green lawns and incorporates spatial planning with a hierarchy of zones.The living room and bedrooms on the ground and first floor overlook the courtyard. Parking space is also kept large to accommodate three cars at a time.

Elevation has been strategically created with limited materials. The monotony of white and grey breaks through the colors added in forms of wooden planks and stone finished tiles.

The staircase block is partially open using CNC jalis which gives a diffused vision and light in the area. The pergolas are cleverly incorporated for casual sit-out spaces yet enhancing the modernity of the house.
